Valley Equipment installed the Serti SDS system in October 2003. The learning curve for this system was less than half what our previous system was. The system has enabled us to improve our vehicle tracking and costing hence our bottom line. Also it lets us follow parts and service gross profits on a daily basis which helps the department managers increase their profits. I am very happy with the cash flow program which saves me at least one day per month and makes it very easy to keep up to date on my cash position. The month end programs are easy to perform and save me at least 4 days at month-end to complete the month-end statements.
All in all I am very happy with the performance, the system and the support of the Serti group.
